The Senior Manager Sales Audit & Bankcard has overall responsibility for the management and direction of the service delivery within HBC in support of HBC's Sales Audit and Bankcard functions. The role requires extensive interaction across all 3 HBC banners (Bay, LT & Saks) for both Sales Audit & Bankcard Admin teams. This role must demonstrate a high degree of customer orientation to meet the needs of internal customers and business partners. The incumbent will be responsible for the overall quality of service delivery for Sales Audit team in India, including acting as an escalation point to resolve and correct any issues / concerns raised by the onshore Finance teams and will form an integral part of the HBC Finance team. The role will be a key participant in the end-to-end process management structures for Sales Audit and Bankcard and will work to continuously improve and optimize the processes across the onshore and offshore teams.
Who You Are: A proactive self-starter with a dynamic and resilient nature able to work and lead in a fast-paced. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to engage with stakeholders across the business and provide critical input to business teams.
