What This Position Is All About:
The Human Resources (HR) Analytics Analyst is responsible for collecting and analyzing all workforce data, highlighting challenges and tracking progress. The role will focus on employee related research, developing complex modeling that serves business needs, and help HR maximize the company's investment in people.
Completely dedicated to people analytics, this role will work closely with the Lead for the HR Analytics function who will partner with the HR and Technology team to build systems infrastructure required to collect and analyze HR data, offer actionable analysis and reporting to managers and executives, and interface with HR and other business functions to serve their data needs.
The insight from this analysis will be used to drive HR investments and talent management decisions, and assess HR program effectiveness. The position will create Visual dashboard and analyze large data sets of internal and external data and communicate the results across the organization in a way that informs and drives the organization to action
