What This Position Is All About:
successful candidate will primarily focus on driving HCM (Human Capital
Management) projects at the highest level. He/she will support HBC's strategies
through the delivery of key analytical insights and by providing best quality
HR reporting support. The scope of work spans Across the HBC's SAKS
banner. The ability to think strategically about customer and business
challenges and proactively propose solutions will be critical to their
success. Forward thinking is the key to this role as new technologies and
opportunities present themselves.
Who You Are:
- Gather and translate business
requirements on key projects.
- Effectively manage project
assignments and documentation, including establishing and communicating overall
priority and defining project scope, deliverables and timing. Communicate
assignment status against goals ongoing.
- Integrate existing analytical tools
into analytical deliverables analyze and interpret/manipulate data (Employee
databases, to include but not limited to Workday, Taleo, 3rdparty,
Oracle EBS, HCM cloud) from disparate sources, translate data findings and
interpretation of business requirement into actionable information.
- Subject matter expert on the data
sources contained in the employee database and how the information can be
leveraged to address business challenges and opportunities.
- Coordinate with the internal IT department, provide
instructions upon any database maintenance, and restructure.
- Automate and streamline operational
You also have:
- A bachelor's degree, preferably in
- 1 to 3 years of experience in HCM,
other Cloud based ERP Solution, must have Technical and
- Experience in Oracle (Taleo,EBS, HCM Cloud) or Workday is
a necessity, with hands-on experience on custom and scheduled reporting, employee
role creation and maintenance activities.
- Experience in developing custom
reports, advanced reports, custom calculated fields, and extensive testing
- Working experience with Oracle, MS
SQL, Teradata or other database products.
