What This Position Is All About:

The Technical Analyst - HR/Finance Systems is responsible for the support of the existing and development of new fully integrated business solutions and/or the integration of legacy systems and other acquired software packages in the area of HR applications (WFM, Payroll, HR).

Working on support in production and lower environments, enhancements and modifications to the existing legacy systems and/or development for the new projects of various sizes and complexities, you will implement all the required application changes through analysis, design, testing, documentation and training.

You Must Have:

?        Computer Science Degree, or equivalent.

?        3 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR / Payroll applications

?        Develop and write SQL, PL/SQL queries

?        Experience in .Net is an asset 

?        Understanding of SDLC methodology; Full lifecycle implementation experience.

?        Proficient in MS Office tools such as MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.

?        Proficient in Google tools such as GMail, Google Documents, Google Drive.

?        CST/EST flexibility for the first couple of months.

Nice To Have:

?        Prior experience working with a retail client is a plus. 

?        Experience in one or more of the following areas: Workforce Management, labor cost optimization, LFSO (Labor Forecasting and Schedule Optimization), payroll tracking, workforce analytics and interfaces.

?        Experience with workforce software such as Infor WFM, Workbrain, Workforce Software, Kronos, ADP eTime, or Ceridian suite of time and attendance software and system infrastructure.


As Technical Analyst, You Will:

?        2 to 3 years of experience in one or more of HR / Payroll below applications:

- Oracle EBS / HCM

- Time & Attendance (Infor (WFM), TimeTrak, Kronos)

- Microsoft Azure

?        Analyze and troubleshoot technical related issues and provide solutions.

?        Develop and write SQL, T-SQL, PL/SQL queries.

?        Experience in .Net is an asset 

?        Strong knowledge in HR/Payroll modules.

?        Support and troubleshoot system extensions, including Integrations, Reports and Technical defect resolution.

?        Managing support service requests with vendors.

?        Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.

?        Interact with the business team members to gather requirements or defects related for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion and application extensions.
