What This Position is All About:
This role is responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of eLearning courses.
Responsibilities include course development from storyboard to course programming, course updates and maintenance, administration of course assignments and LMS as well as end-user support.

You Also Have:
? Course development from writing storyboard to course design and programming for mobile and
Traditional eLearning courses
? Liaise with internal partners and SMEs during course development as required to gather information
? for writing course content, course design and feedback and review process
? Administrative functions including course assignment and tracking, reporting and technical support as required.
? Maintaining LMS data including location/job code administration, user feed imports, position
? Maintenance Assist in other learning and development projects and other duties as assigned (app posting, user guides, translation coordination)
? Course file maintenance
As the eLearning Specialist, You Will:
? 1-5 Years of experience in eLearning course design and development
? Experience with LMS administration
? Experience in working in a fast-paced environment
? Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Apps
? Intermediate proficiency in eLearning development tools (e.g., Articulate
? 360, Articulate Rise, Camtasia)
? Experience with animation tools such as GoAnimate/Vyond
? Experience with Adobe Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator)
? Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) administration
? Attention to detail
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Ability to prioritize and work independently
? Basic French knowledge (no translation required)
? Knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS)
? University or college degree or commensurate work experience
